Siddhartha Cable Car Limited is seeking a highly skilled and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with active ICAN membership to join our financial leadership team. This role is critical to managing our overall financial operations, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, and driving strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal professional will combine technical accounting mastery with strategic foresight to maintain financial health and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and certify financial statements while ensuring full alignment with Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS).
- Coordinate and execute statutory, internal, and external audits to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting.
- Formulate tax strategies and handle direct and indirect taxation compliance, including timely corporate tax filings under applicable laws.
- Design, implement, and monitor robust internal control mechanisms and comprehensive risk management frameworks.
- Ensure total compliance with statutory obligations, regulatory filings, and corporate legal requirements.
- Provide executive guidance, cost optimization strategies, and actionable financial insights to senior leadership for informed planning.
- Support strategic corporate initiatives, including due diligence assignments (DDA), organizational restructuring, and potential mergers or acquisitions.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, external auditors, and statutory bodies to ensure seamless business operations.
