Job Description

Advance Group of Companies is seeking an experienced, dynamic finance leader to serve as the Group Finance Head at its Corporate Office in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations across the Group while delivering strategic financial direction to executive management to drive sustainable corporate growth and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and integrate accounting and financial operations across all business entities within the Group.
Formulate and monitor comprehensive financial forecasts, operational budgets, strategic plans, and financial reports.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on group-wide financial performance and performance metrics.
Oversee tax strategies, statutory compliance, banking operations, and corporate financial procedures.
Establish, strengthen, and enforce internal control systems, auditing processes, and risk management practices.
Coordinate internal and external audit engagements while maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.

Requirements

Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, with 3–4 years of experience in a CA Firm preferred.
Proven background in corporate finance, group finance, or managing multi-unit business structures.
In-depth knowledge of taxation, accounting principles, statutory compliance, audit practices, and internal controls.
Strong executive leadership, analytical, decision-making, and communication capabilities.
