Global Delivery Manager - Accounting Production

NOW CFO is an established outsourced financial services firm that provides businesses with high-level financial clarity and operational support. As part of our global delivery network in Nepal, our team handles day-to-day financial management for U.S. clients in close coordination with our U.S.-based leadership.

We are seeking a Global Delivery Manager to direct our Accounting Production Team. Reporting directly to the Director of Accounting Services, you will lead a team of 20 to 30 accounting professionals ranging from Staff Accountants to Accounting Managers. In this hands-on leadership role, you will focus on developing talent, driving operational quality, managing team capacity, and scaling client delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach, guide, and manage a 20–30 member accounting team to cultivate accountability, quality work, and continuous professional growth.
• Maintain strict quality standards and delivery timelines for all client accounting operations, including month-end close and reporting.
• Monitor team capacity, balance workloads across client portfolios, and assist in transitioning new accounts to the delivery team.
• Establish operational controls, root-cause analysis for recurring issues, and prompt escalation handling.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and retaining top accounting talent.

Work Schedule: Hybrid in Nepal — Mon/Wed/Fri onsite (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM); Tue/Thu WFH (12:45 PM – 9:45 PM).
