Classico Sports Studio Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dependable and meticulous Accountant to manage daily financial operations and keep company records accurate and organized. Working under the direct supervision of the business owner, you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain updated daily books of accounts and accurately record all sales, purchases, receipts, and disbursements.
- Prepare official vouchers, maintain ledgers, and conduct regular bank reconciliations.
- Manage receivables and payables, actively following up on outstanding balances.
- Create and update Excel spreadsheets to track inventory, operational expenses, and general financial data.
- Produce regular financial summaries and updates directly for the owner.
- Assist in preparing statutory filings including VAT and TDS compliance.
- Systematically file and store invoices, bills, and accounting documents.
- Perform related administrative and accounting duties assigned by the owner.
Benefits & Work Details:
- Salary: NPR 20,000 to NPR 30,000 per month (negotiable depending on background and skills).
- Working Hours: Fixed schedule from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Exposure: Direct communication with the owner and complete visibility into company finances.
