WorldLink Communications is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Head to direct the overall operational, commercial, and service performance of our branch. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding local staff, accelerating sales growth, and ensuring top-tier service delivery across all department functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Formulate and implement tactical sales initiatives to consistently meet monthly target metrics.
- Supervise complete branch functions encompassing sales, customer care, administration, and human resources.
- Coordinate operational and logistics workflows to maintain uninterrupted field services, prompt installations, and rapid troubleshooting.
- Maintain superior customer satisfaction levels for both field service interactions and walk-in branch clients.
- Monitor employee performance, providing regular coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback.
- Proactively handle and resolve client grievances and internal team issues.
