Junior Associate - Retail Support

Classic Tech Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate – Retail Support. This role is focused on delivering exceptional first-line technical assistance and customer service to our retail client base. As a key representative of our support operations, you will ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution across diverse communication channels.

In this position, your main responsibilities will encompass:

• Providing timely, accurate first-level technical support and customer care via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting routine technical challenges faced by retail customers.
• Documenting, prioritizing, and tracking customer tickets from initial contact through to complete resolution.
• Routing unresolved or complex technical problems to senior support teams with detailed diagnostic notes.
• Fostering positive relationships with retail subscribers by maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional demeanor.
• Collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on product specifications, service updates, and standard operating procedures.
