RG Creations Nepal is seeking an exceptional and experienced Banquet Manager to direct overall venue operations at Ramalaya Kathmandu, the premier luxury event venue located at Dhapasi Marg. This position is tailored for a results-driven hospitality leader who excels at organizing large-scale gatherings for up to 2,000 attendees while delivering world-class service.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct full-cycle event and banquet operations from early preparation to final execution.
- Supervise a wide range of functions, including corporate conferences, weddings, exhibitions, grand receptions, and social events.
- Lead, inspire, and manage banquet, service, housekeeping, and operational staff.
- Maintain smooth cross-departmental coordination with kitchen, decor, audio-visual, security, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure uncompromising standards of service excellence, hygiene, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor operational costs, venue inventory, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Handle unexpected operational challenges swiftly while retaining strong client relations.
