Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and cultivate long-term partnerships with hotels and accommodation providers across Nepal to secure competitive pricing and optimal contract terms.
- Execute in-depth market research to track industry trends and pinpoint commercial negotiation opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal operational and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of negotiated rates into internal booking systems.
- Draft and present persuasive business proposals to potential and existing hotel partners, highlighting mutual value.
- Assess contract performance continuously to verify compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Maintain current knowledge of competitor activity, industry changes, and local market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
