AI QA Automation Engineer

Apcosys Technology is seeking a skilled AI QA Automation Engineer to elevate our quality assurance capabilities through the power of AI agents and modern test automation frameworks. In this role, you will leverage intelligent tools to review project specifications from Jira and Azure DevOps, analyze code repositories, and generate reliable automated test suites for continuous testing.

The ideal candidate will bridge software testing expertise with modern AI workflows, building smart automation pipelines and ensuring end-to-end software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira and Azure DevOps using AI-assisted tools.
• Examine code repositories to grasp architecture, trace workflows, and identify impacted areas for targeted regression testing.
• Design, run, and maintain UI, API, and integration test scripts using tools like Playwright, Selenium, and AI-driven platforms.
• Establish intelligent testing workflows, including self-healing automation scripts, automated defect diagnostics, and risk-based testing strategies.
• Integrate testing suites directly into CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Deliver comprehensive test plans, execution reports, coverage metrics, and actionable AI-generated quality insights.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and Agile/Scrum teams to support quality at every stage.
