Accountant

Tirupati Balaji Agro is currently seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining clean and precise financial records, and ensuring overall transaction accuracy. We are looking for a reliable professional who is capable of working independently and managing complete accounting functions with high efficiency.

Key duties for this role include:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account ledgers and core financial records.
• Preparing comprehensive daily, monthly, and annual financial summaries and reports.
• Handling all billing, client invoicing, and systematic tracking of pending payments.
• Managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure smooth cash movement.
• Preparing, checking, and filing VAT and tax returns in compliance with government regulations.
• Conducting routine bank reconciliations and continuously monitoring cash flow status.
• Maintaining well-organized financial documentation and backup files.
• Assisting during financial audits and ensuring strict adherence to internal policies.
• Collaborating directly with management regarding financial planning, strategy, and reporting.
