Sita Trade Centre is looking for an experienced, detail-focused Senior Accountant to lead our accounting, tax operations, and financial management. This position is responsible for maintaining robust financial practices, ensuring full legal compliance under Nepalese regulations, and managing comprehensive accounting workflows independently.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee everyday accounting operations, maintaining updated financial ledgers and performing routine bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow forecasting to maintain financial stability.
- Handle all taxation responsibilities, including VAT, TDS, income tax, and timely statutory filings.
- Prepare, review, and analyze management accounts, periodic financial reports, and year-end financial statements.
- Enforce proper internal financial procedures and controls across all transactional activities.
- Coordinate seamlessly with tax authorities, external auditors, banking institutions, and legal advisors.
- Verify transaction details, invoices, and billing records to ensure accuracy and complete documentation.
- Furnish financial analysis and strategic guidance to senior management to aid decision-making.
