Accountant - Bindu Hardware & Sanitary (BHS)

Bindu Hardware & Sanitary- BHS is seeking a dedicated, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records and supporting our ongoing business operations in Nepal.

As part of your routine duties, you will handle crucial accounting functions including recording daily sales transactions, logging purchase bills, and tracking client collections. The ideal candidate will be thorough in managing ledgers, verifying financial transactions, and ensuring that all accounting documentation remains organized and up to date.

Core Duties Include:

• Accurately entering and processing daily sales, purchase vouchers, and billing records.
• Tracking, logging, and managing incoming payment collections and receivables.
• Maintaining accurate general ledgers, cash books, and bank transaction statements.
• Verifying vendor invoices and ensuring proper record-keeping for all purchases.
• Performing routine financial reconciliations and supporting general office accounting.
