Account Officer - Real Estate Division

RV Group Nepal is seeking a qualified Account Officer to oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations within its expanding real estate business. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who excels in financial management, accurate bookkeeping, and organized record-keeping.

In this role, the successful candidate will manage routine transactions, maintain updated general ledgers, and ensure overall accounting accuracy across real estate activities. You will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of the company through systematic tracking and structured reporting.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Executing routine accounting activities, including bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance.
• Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and performing regular bank reconciliations.
• Assisting with the preparation of periodic financial statements, balance sheets, and management reports.
• Ensuring full compliance with relevant tax regulations, auditing requirements, and internal financial controls.
• Monitoring daily cash flows and collaborating with internal teams to streamline financial workflows.
