It comes with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance and is offered in Gray and Silver finishes. On the back, there is a clean metallic design with a dual-camera module and a magnetic strip that holds and charges the bundled S Pen, which now features a new hexagonal shape for better handling.
Up front, it sports a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel boasting a 2960 x 1848 pixel resolution and a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The screen can reach a peak brightness of 1,600 nits (1,000 nits in High Brightness Mode), supports HDR10+, and features an improved Vision Booster to dynamically match ambient lighting.

Under the hood, the device is driven by a 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, offering up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of onboard storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card. Thermal dissipation is managed by an upgraded Vapor Chamber. Compared to its predecessor, the Tab S11 Ultra, Samsung claims a 61% boost in NPU power, 19% faster CPU speed, and 17% higher GPU performance.
The tablet boots One UI 9 based on Android 17 and comes with a promise of up to seven years of OS and security updates.
