Pokhara University's Office of the Controller of Examinations has officially announced the resumption of its Spring 2026 undergraduate and postgraduate semester examinations. The university had temporarily put a halt on the examinations that were originally scheduled for Ashoj 9 and 10, 2083, owing to widespread adverse weather conditions across the country.
This decision to pause the tests was taken after reviewing official weather forecasts issued by the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, as well as considering the overall prevailing conditions in various parts of Nepal. The precaution was implemented to ensure the safety and convenience of students, faculty, and examination staff traveling to exam centers.
Resumption Date and Updated Routine
As per the latest notice from the Controller of Examinations, the remaining examinations for the Spring 2026 session will continue from Ashoj 11, 2083 onward. These regular examinations will strictly adhere to the routine that was published earlier by the university administration.
For the specific papers that were postponed on Ashoj 9 and Ashoj 10, 2083, the university has prepared and published a newly revised examination timetable. Examinees can check the complete updated schedule and download official notices by visiting the Pokhara University official portal.
