Nubia has officially unveiled its newest top-tier flagship smartphone, the NaviX Ultra, in China. Built with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence, this device introduces an agentic AI assistant capable of executing complex tasks across various applications. It comes equipped with Qualcomm’s flagship silicon, a high-refresh-rate display, versatile cameras, and a massive battery.
Sleek Ergonomics and High-Brightness Display
Despite carrying a huge power cell, the NaviX Ultra maintains an impressively slim profile at just 7.62 mm thick and weighing around 208 grams. The phone features a flat frame with curved edges for an improved grip, while the rear panel holds a clean aesthetic with a prominent camera housing. Users can choose between four color options: Fantasy, Blue Realm, Black, and White.
Up front, the device boasts a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display capable of an adaptive refresh rate from 1Hz up to 144Hz. The panel reaches a peak brightness of 4,500 nits and supports 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut for rich visual clarity. For reduced eye strain during extended use, it features 2160Hz PWM dimming alongside full-range DC dimming.
Flagship Hardware and Agentic AI Features
Under the hood, the NaviX Ultra runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 internal storage. To maintain sustained performance during heavy gaming sessions, Nubia has integrated a large vapor chamber cooling system. The phone operates on Nebula AIOS 2, based on Android 16.
A major focus of the device is its agentic AI assistant, built in collaboration with ByteDance’s Doubao. Designed to execute multi-step cross-app commands—such as call handling and speech transcription—it can be quickly summoned via a dedicated AI side button that doubles as a fingerprint scanner.
200MP Triple Camera and 7,100mAh Battery
In the camera department, the rear setup comprises a 200MP primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 50MP ultrawide lens with autofocus, and a 64MP periscope telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom and OIS support. For self-portraits and video calls, a 32MP camera sits on the front.
Powering the smartphone is a massive 7,100mAh battery designed for extended endurance. It supports 90W wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging capabilities.
