Lenovo's latest mainstream gaming laptop, the LOQ 15 2025 (15AHP10), has officially launched in Nepal. Authorized distributor Nagmani International has brought two AMD-powered variants of the machine to the Nepali market, combining AMD's new Ryzen 200 series processors with NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 5050 graphics card.
Design and Display
The LOQ 15 2025 keeps the brand's familiar, minimalist gaming design featuring an all-plastic chassis in a Luna Grey finish. It weighs around 2.4 kg and has a thickness of up to 23.9 mm. Up front, the laptop carries a 15.6-inch Full HD (1920 × 1080) IPS LCD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and G-SYNC support for tear-free gameplay. The display reaches a peak brightness of 300 nits and fully covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut, catering to both gamers and content creators.
Performance and Cooling
Under the hood, the LOQ 15 2025 runs on AMD's Ryzen 200 series CPUs (a rebrand of the Ryzen 8040 Hawk Point line) with a 15–30W configurable TDP. Buyers can opt for the AMD Ryzen 5 220 (6 cores, 12 threads, boost up to 4.9 GHz) or the Ryzen 7 250 (8 cores, 16 threads, boost up to 5.1 GHz, featuring a 16 TOPS NPU). Both configurations feature NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 5050 GPU with 8GB GDDR7 VRAM, a boost clock speed of 2,662 MHz, and a 100W TGP.
To keep thermals in check, Lenovo has equipped the device with Hyperchamber Cooling Technology—comprising dual fans, heatsinks, and copper heat pipes—alongside an internal LA1 AI chip that dynamically adjusts thermal management. For memory and storage, the laptop offers 16GB of single-channel DDR5-5600 RAM (expandable to 32GB) and a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD, with an additional M.2 2280 slot available for future expansion.
Ports and Additional Features
The port setup includes three USB-A ports (5Gbps), one USB-C port, an HDMI 2.1 port, an RJ45 Ethernet port, and a 3.5mm combo audio jack. Wireless connections are handled by Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3. Additional hardware features include a white backlit keyboard with 1.5mm key travel, two 2W down-firing speakers tuned by Nahimic Audio, dual-array microphones, and a 5MP webcam with an E-shutter. Powering the system is a 60Wh battery paired with a 170W charger that supports Rapid Charge Pro, providing 50% battery in 30 minutes.
