- Maintain consistent follow-ups with candidates and keep counseling records up to date.
- Assist in preparing, verifying, and reviewing student application packages.
- Meet assigned counseling goals and enrollment targets.
- Keep updated with global education developments, admission guidelines, and country-specific visa regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior counseling staff to boost team performance.
- Resolve student inquiries efficiently and prepare regular reports for senior management.
