Childcare Space Facilitator

SOS Children's Villages Nepal is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Space Facilitator to oversee child-friendly environments and guide engaging developmental activities for children. This role is vital in establishing a secure, inclusive, and stimulating setting where young learners can play, build social skills, and thrive emotionally and mentally.

Main responsibilities for this role include:

• Designing and delivering age-appropriate educational, creative, and recreational routines for participating children.
• Maintaining a secure physical and emotional environment that fully aligns with child safeguarding policies.
• Observing child well-being, noticing developmental or emotional needs, and offering appropriate guidance or referrals.
• Engaging with parents, caregivers, and community members to foster a strong support system for child development.
• Keeping routine records, activity tracking reports, and session evaluations organized for project monitoring.
