Classic Tech is seeking energetic and reliable Bike Riders to support our technical teams in field operations. In this role, you will travel alongside senior technicians to client locations, assisting with fiber optic network installations, routine maintenance, repairs, and equipment deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport fiber technicians to client sites for setup, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Deliver routers, specialized fiber tools, and networking materials to designated service spots on time.
- Provide hands-on assistance to senior technicians during field work and technical operations.
- Ensure all tools and network equipment are handled, stored, and transported securely.
- Deliver polite customer service and assistance during home or business service visits.
- Report regularly on daily field activities and assigned tasks to the Fiber Coordinator.
- Perform outdoor field duties reliably and complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
