Principal / Vice Principal - Academic & Institutional Leadership

Global School is seeking an accomplished educational leader for the position of Principal / Vice Principal (Head of School) starting from the 2026–27 academic session. Global School is a premier, progressive institution focused on inquiry-based learning, competency-based curricula, continuous assessment, and fostering a culture of reflective teaching.

As Head of School, the appointed executive will lead overall academic and institutional growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Spearheading the school's strategic vision, academic goals, and school-wide improvement plans.
• Overseeing curriculum development, evaluation, and international/national benchmarking.
• Leading educator recruitment, deployment, performance appraisals, and professional development programs.
• Upholding academic quality standards, safeguarding protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Managing financial budgets, institutional resources, and facility planning.
• Leading national branding and marketing efforts to promote the institution.

This is a full-time contractual position for a minimum term of three years, renewable based on satisfactory performance. Global School offers a competitive, performance-oriented compensation package commensurate with qualifications, experience, and leadership capabilities.
