Same Day Courier 247 is a dedicated provider of same-day logistics and delivery solutions across the UK and Europe. To support our expanding international services, we are looking for a confident, highly professional, and experienced Operations Executive to join our Nepal-based UK Operations team.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with team members in both Nepal and the UK using VoIP phone systems, Zoom, and specialized logistics software. Key responsibilities include answering incoming customer calls routed to the team, preparing delivery quotations, managing bookings, and coordinating dispatch operations from pickup to successful delivery. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to service quality are essential for interacting with UK clients, transport drivers, and external suppliers.
This is a full-time, long-term position offering an immediate start, complete training, and full provision of necessary equipment (including laptop and phone). Compensation includes a starting salary of NPR 100,000–120,000 per month, supplemented by performance-related bonuses and paid monthly via BACS.
