Nepali Teacher (+2 Level / Grades XI & XII)

Learning Realm International (LRI) School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nepali Teacher to join our academic team for Grades XI and XII. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute dynamic lesson plans aligned with the NEB Grid and curriculum guidelines for Grades 11 and 12.
• Utilize smart boards and interactive multimedia technology to enhance classroom instruction and student engagement.
• Assess student learning through diverse evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to drive performance improvements.
• Maintain a student-centered teaching approach that encourages critical thinking and active classroom participation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to support a positive, cohesive educational community.
• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives to stay updated with modern pedagogical standards.
