Pre-Primary Teacher

Adhyayan Preschool, located in Mandikatar, is looking for a dynamic, creative, and compassionate Pre-Primary Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. We seek an educator who deeply understands early childhood development, respects every child's natural learning rhythm, and is passionate about providing a supportive, interactive classroom experience for young learners.

As a Pre-Primary Teacher, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering interactive lessons utilizing audio, visual, and activity-based learning techniques.
• Offering personalized support to students to nurture their individual learning potential.
• Developing engaging educational materials, including worksheets, classroom activities, and study guides.
• Tracking, assessing, and documenting student performance, developmental milestones, and attendance.
• Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and child-friendly atmosphere conducive to holistic development.
• Integrating contemporary early childhood education strategies and effective classroom management practices.
• Assisting in planning and executing school functions, co-curricular activities, and special events.
• Working closely with school administrative staff, fellow teachers, and parents to support each student's progress.
