Business Growth Associate

WorldLink Communications is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Growth Associate to join our team. In this role, you will drive enterprise sales, build lasting client partnerships, and discover new market opportunities. You will also create technical proposals, ensure sales targets are met, and manage payment collections while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to corporate customer inquiries and present suitable product offerings.
• Develop customer mapping models and execute targeted client visits to close sales.
• Formulate and implement strategic initiatives focused on enterprise sales growth.
• Prepare comprehensive technical solution proposals and sales quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and complete projects on schedule.
• Oversee payment cycles and clear customer receivables in a timely manner.
• Submit detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports to supervisors.
• Participate in various cross-functional tasks within the sales department.
