This position plays a key role in maintaining the organization's online footprint, handling day-to-day IT needs, and driving digital communications through compelling visual and multimedia content.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update official social media channels and the WordPress website.
- Provide IT helpdesk assistance and general technical support to staff members.
- Develop creative content, including graphics, posters, and digital banners using design software.
- Perform photography and videography for organizational events, campaigns, and outreach projects.
- Edit photos and video materials tailored for digital campaigns and social media publishing.
- Coordinate technical setups for online webinars, virtual presentations, and meetings.
- Manage media archives and ensure systematic digital file storage.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality, safeguarding, and survivor-sensitive standards in all external communications.
