Executive Search- Merojob is seeking an exceptional and results-driven General Manager of Project Development on behalf of a prominent real estate enterprise located in Bishalnagar. Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute comprehensive master schedules, project execution strategies, and resource management plans to ensure target delivery timelines.
• Direct technical and engineering operations, ensuring full compliance with industry best practices, structural standards, and building codes.
• Monitor site construction activities, structural approvals, BOQs, and safety guidelines while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage end-to-end procurement workflows, including contractor selection, vendor negotiations, and standard contract oversight.
• Establish and maintain project budgets, monitor expenditure variances, and identify strategic avenues for cost containment.
• Obtain statutory clearances and navigate legal and regulatory requirements across municipal, environmental, and utility bodies.
• Provide vision, leadership, and mentorship to departmental managers and technical teams across engineering, project, and legal divisions.
• Deliver comprehensive progress updates and operational evaluations to senior executive management and key stakeholders.
