In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier Cisco certification instruction while providing key technical support to international operations.

Your primary day-to-day duties will encompass:

• Conducting engaging and comprehensive Cisco CCNA Certification Training for students across the globe.
• Providing technical leadership, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to our technical support team located in the United States.
