Classic Tech is seeking a skilled and proactive Branch Fiber Head to oversee day-to-day fiber network operations at the branch level. In this role, you will be responsible for managing field technical teams, supervising installations, and executing rapid fault resolution to maintain uninterrupted broadband and IPTV service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead branch-level fiber operations, supervising field technicians, installation procedures, and daily maintenance activities.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer technical issues and service requests to uphold high customer satisfaction.
- Track branch network performance metrics to proactively address issues and minimize service downtime.
- Collaborate efficiently with the Network Operations Center (NOC), regional technical units, and support divisions.
- Enforce strict compliance with company SOPs, technical quality standards, and field safety protocols.
- Track and manage branch technical inventory, tools, and equipment utilization.
- Generate detailed daily and weekly operational reports and performance metrics for management.
- Facilitate network expansion initiatives and new fiber infrastructure deployments in the local branch territory.
- Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for field technicians and support personnel.
