Bike Rider – Field Support

Classic Tech Pvt. Ltd., one of Nepal's prominent internet service providers, is looking for active, reliable, and physically fit Bike Riders to join our field support team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

In this role, you will provide vital operational and logistical support to our field technicians who handle fiber optic network installation, ongoing maintenance, and urgent repair services. Your prompt mobility and assistance will help ensure our customers receive seamless internet connectivity and swift technical support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide active support to field technicians during fiber network installation, troubleshooting, and repair duties.
• Ensure the prompt and safe delivery of necessary tools, equipment, spare parts, and fiber accessories to various site locations.
• Navigate city roads and local areas efficiently to meet scheduled service appointments and urgent repair requests.
• Inspect and maintain the assigned two-wheeler regularly to ensure safe and continuous operational readiness.
• Follow all traffic rules, safety protocols, and company guidelines while representing Classic Tech on the field.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and technical teams to maintain accurate schedules and task completions.
