Accountant at JJ Marble

JJ Marble is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and dependable Accountant to oversee our day-to-day financial operations and maintain accurate company records. In this role, you will be responsible for systematic bookkeeping, ledger management, transaction processing, and cross-functional team coordination, ensuring high reporting standards even under tight deadlines.

We are looking for a professional with practical accounting expertise and strong analytical skills who can handle routine accounts efficiently and make sound operational decisions for the business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Systematically record all cash and bank vouchers, journal entries, sales, purchases, and inter-branch transactions.
• Communicate regularly with internal team members to identify and rectify any errors or ambiguities in the accounting records on a daily basis.
• Maintain well-segregated, agent-wise ledgers and ensure all entries are updated and reconciled with final statements.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive daily work summaries as well as weekly reporting on inventory/stock, outstanding debtors, creditors, costing, bank balances, and other key financial metrics requested by management.
• Exercise sound judgment and prioritize the best interests of the organization in all daily accounting activities.
