Xiaomi has expanded its smart home lineup in Nepal with the official release of the Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Lite. Designed to enhance indoor air quality across homes and offices, this compact device combines efficient filtration, modern design, and smart connectivity.
Design and Display Features
The Smart Air Purifier 4 Lite sports a clean, minimal white aesthetic with a space-saving rectangular body that fits easily into bedrooms, living rooms, or office spaces. Up front, a circular LED display provides real-time updates on PM2.5 particle levels, ambient temperature, humidity, and Wi-Fi connection status. A color indicator is also integrated for at-a-glance air quality checks.
Performance and Coverage
With a 360-degree air intake design, the device pulls in air from all directions. It offers a particle Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) of 360 m³/h, allowing it to supply up to 6,000 liters of purified air per minute at peak output. Xiaomi rates the purifier to effectively cover spaces measuring between 25 and 43 square meters.
Triple-Layer Filtration
To purify the air, the unit utilizes a 3-in-1 filtration system that integrates Xiaomi’s high-efficiency filter, a True HEPA filter, and an activated carbon layer. This setup captures up to 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.3μm in size, including dust, pollen, pet dander, pet hair, smoke, and cotton fibers. The purifier has also earned a TÜV Rheinland Allergy Care Certification for its ability to eliminate common allergens.
