Mivi, a brand widely recognized for its audio products, has officially stepped into the smartphone market with the launch of the Mivi One 5G in India. As the company's inaugural smartphone, it delivers a budget-friendly package built around a large display, Qualcomm processor, long battery life, and a clean software user experience.
Design and Display
The Mivi One 5G comes with a practical design that features a 2.5D PMMA rear panel with smooth, curved edges. Situated on the top-left of the back cover is a rectangular camera module that houses the dual rear cameras along with an LED flash. The handset is available in five distinct colorways: Blue, Burgundy, Pink, Green, and Navy Blue. Additionally, it carries an IP64 dust and splash resistance rating for extra durability against everyday liquid exposure.
On the front, the phone sports a 6.75-inch HD+ In-Cell LCD panel. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate, offering smooth scrolling and fluid UI animations. While the HD+ screen resolution might lack the ultimate sharpness of Full HD+ displays when viewing fine details, the large screen area remains suitable for media consumption and general usage.

Under the hood, the device is driven by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, fabricated on a 4nm architecture. In terms of software, the Mivi One 5G runs on a near-stock Android 16 interface. Mivi has committed to providing major software updates up to Android 18, ensuring support for two future OS generations.

If the smartphone reaches the Nepali market, the starting Mivi One 5G price in Nepal is expected to be around NPR 24,999.
