Dell's upgraded Inspiron 14 Plus 7440 (2024) has officially arrived in the Nepali market. Featuring H-series Intel Core Ultra processors and a sharp 2.2K IPS screen, this Plus version offers a noticeable performance step-up over the standard Inspiron 14 7440 lineup.

The laptop comes with a lightweight all-aluminum chassis styled in an Ice Blue finish, giving it a premium feel reminiscent of the flagship XPS lineup. It weighs roughly 1.77 kg and has a thickness of 15.99 mm, ensuring high portability. It also features military-grade durability testing and a smart lift-hinge mechanism that elevates the keyboard for comfortable typing and better cooling performance.
Up front, the Inspiron 14 Plus 7440 sports a 14-inch IPS display offering a 2.2K resolution (2240 x 1400) and a tall 16:10 aspect ratio. The screen reaches up to 300 nits of peak brightness, supports a 60Hz refresh rate, and covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut, making it well-suited for document work, web browsing, and color-accurate content creation.
Intel Core Ultra Performance
Under the hood, buyers can choose between the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H and the higher-tier Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processors. Both options feature 16 cores and 22 threads, with max boost speeds reaching 4.8 GHz on the Core Ultra 7 and 5.1 GHz on the Core Ultra 9. Since there is no discrete GPU, graphic tasks are managed by integrated Intel Arc graphics, which handle light gaming and basic video editing effortlessly.
Memory configurations offer up to 32GB of dual-channel LPDDR5X RAM running at 6400 MT/s, along with up to a 1TB PCIe NVMe Gen 4 SSD for fast storage access.

I/O options are well-rounded. The left side houses a Thunderbolt 4 port (with Power Delivery and DisplayPort capabilities), one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, and an HDMI 1.4 port.
