Nagmani International has officially brought the Asus Zenbook S 16 (UM5606WA) to the Nepali market. Powered by AMD's latest Ryzen AI 300 series processors, this premium ultrabook blends sleek engineering with high-end performance.
Aerospace-Grade Design and 3K OLED Display
True to the Zenbook identity, the S 16 features a refined chassis built using 'Ceraluminum'—an innovative combination of ceramic and aluminum widely utilized in high-end watchmaking and aerospace applications. This material ensures high durability while maintaining a lightweight footprint. The laptop measures just 11 mm in thickness and weighs around 1.5 kg, backed by MIL-STD 810H military durability certification. It is available in two color variants: Zumaia Gray and Scandinavian White.
For visuals, the device packs a 16-inch 3K OLED display offering high refresh rates and exceptional brightness. The screen includes color accuracy and eye safety credentials such as Pantone Validation, VESA Display HDR certification, SGS Eye Care, and TÜV Rheinland certification. Touch and stylus support are also available on select configurations.
AMD Ryzen AI Performance and Connectivity
Underneath, the laptop is powered by AMD's Strix Point APUs, available in Ryzen AI 7 HX 350 and the higher-end Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 configurations. The dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) delivers up to 50 TOPS on its own, contributing to a total system AI power of up to 81 TOPS. Memory options include soldered 24GB or 32GB RAM, paired with an M.2 2280 slot accommodating 1TB or 2TB Gen 4 SSD storage.
In terms of I/O, the ultrabook carries a 10 Gbps USB Type-A port, two USB 4 Type-C ports with Power Delivery and DisplayPort, an HDMI port, an SD card slot, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Wireless connectivity is handled by dual-stream tri-band Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
