Research Assistant - Health Research Project

SAKSHAM COPD Feasibility Study is inviting applications from dedicated candidates for the role of Research Assistant. This position supports an essential hospital-based health research project located in Bhaktapur. The opportunity is a project-based appointment with a fixed duration of 4 months, where the successful candidate will operate under direct clinical and research supervision.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering structured study protocols and maintaining rigorous research standards. Your day-to-day work will directly impact participant well-being and data accuracy throughout the study tenure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured, protocol-based psychosocial counseling and self-management support to enrolled participants.
• Conduct regular participant follow-ups to track study progress and maintain participant engagement.
• Keep accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date intervention files and research records.
• Perform assigned research and clinical duties under the direct guidance of research supervisors.
