Remote Telesales Executive - Taamul Credit Review Services

Taamul Credit Review Services is seeking a self-driven and persuasive Remote Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this fully work-from-home position, you will play a key role in expanding our customer reach by presenting tailored financial solutions, specifically Business Bank Accounts and Business Loan products, to prospective clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Engage prospective customers over the phone and through digital channels to present company services.
• Effectively pitch financial products including Business Loans and Business Bank Accounts to potential clients.
• Maintain a mandatory daily phone talk time of at least 90 minutes.
• Work systematically to hit assigned monthly sales metrics and target goals.
• Gather necessary documentation from applicants for loan processing and account openings.
• Execute regular follow-ups with interested prospective leads.
• Conduct online research via Google and other channels to identify potential customer leads.
• Maintain comprehensive records of call activities, client interactions, and profiles.
• Establish and foster strong client relationships through articulate and professional interactions.
