Product Development Specialist

Sita World Travel (Nepal) is seeking an experienced Product Development professional to create innovative travel offerings and craft captivating destination narratives for an international clientele. This role combines travel research, storytelling, and detailed product curation with close collaboration across sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content & Storytelling: Craft engaging itineraries, travel narratives, and destination articles tailored to global audiences. Translate on-ground travel experiences into publishable content and contribute to Destination Knowledge Centre (DKC) publications.
• Product Innovation: Research emerging travel trends, unique experiences, and destinations to curate market-ready travel products in coordination with operations and sales teams.
• Market & Client Focus: Tailor travel products and content to meet international client expectations, support RFPs and sales presentations with client-ready materials, and build networks with local experts and guides.
• Quality & Delivery: Ensure tone, accuracy, and brand consistency across all written outputs while delivering content and product updates under strict deadlines.
