Procurement Manager

Sang Dorje Constructions is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee our purchasing operations and supply chain activities. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring construction materials, tools, machinery, and support services necessary for our ongoing building projects. We are looking for a professional with robust negotiation capabilities and strong vendor relations experience to ensure accurate, cost-effective, and punctual deliveries across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the end-to-end sourcing and procurement of construction materials, tools, equipment, and contracted services.
• Solicit quotations from vendors, build detailed price comparative sheets, and negotiate terms, costs, and dispatch schedules.
• Work closely with internal departments, including project site teams, warehouse staff, accounts, and senior site management.
• Generate official purchase orders, track delivery progress, and continuously assess market rates and vendor performance.
• Maintain thorough records of supplier quotes, purchase orders, delivery notes, and incoming invoices.
• Salary is negotiable based on candidate qualifications and relevant career experience.
