Himalaya Organization is seeking an energetic and proactive Logistics Manager to direct and refine our end-to-end supply chain network. In this role, you will oversee inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and transportation activities to ensure all goods are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize overall logistics and supply chain workflows.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation to guarantee seamless and timely shipments.
- Supervise warehouse functionality, stock accuracy, and inventory movements.
- Track operational expenses and execute cost-cutting initiatives across the supply chain.
- Cultivate and sustain strong vendor relationships with transporters and service providers.
- Align operations with corporate policies, safety protocols, and government regulations.
- Develop detailed logistics strategies, performance metrics, and analytical reports.
- Collaborate across departments, including sales, finance, procurement, and warehouse teams.
- Address logistics bottlenecks and continually introduce operational improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and build the capacity of the logistics workforce.
