In this role, you will be responsible for producing visual assets that match RONB’s brand identity and resonate with a wide online audience across various digital and social media channels.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design creative visual content, including social media posts, thumbnails, campaign banners, and promotional graphics.
• Produce entry-level motion graphics, short reels, and animations tailored for social platforms.
• Deliver fast-turnaround visual graphics for breaking news, announcements, and trending stories.
• Maintain consistent brand identity using strong visual hierarchy, typography, composition, and color theory.
• Partner with editorial, marketing, and content teams to turn abstract concepts into compelling visual artwork.
• Optimize all visual media for specific platform dimensions and performance requirements.
• Ensure high visual quality, accuracy, and readability across all artwork prior to release.
• Keep up with the latest trends in visual communication, social media, and digital design techniques.
