ZTE Corporation is looking for an experienced Civil Survey & Design Manager to lead technical site survey processes, civil engineering reviews, and team coordination for telecom projects in Nepal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and verify Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR) submitted by subcontractors to guarantee site suitability and data precision.
- Formulate daily and weekly survey plans, monitor field progress, and facilitate prompt approvals.
- Coordinate closely with internal technical units (Civil, RF, Transmission, Power) as well as clients and subcontractors.
- Assess civil drawings, tower and equipment foundation designs, site shelters, and double-check civil BOQ/BOM metrics.
- Perform strict quality control on all documentation and deliver technical training to field engineers.
