Creative Script Writer and Content Researcher

Progress Inc. is looking for an imaginative and detail-oriented Creative Script Writer and Content Researcher to turn concepts, raw ideas, and research material into compelling scripts. In this position, you will be responsible for bringing narratives to life across both Nepali and English mediums, ensuring every piece of content is well-structured, factually sound, and ready for visual production.

The ideal candidate possesses strong storytelling skills, visual imagination, and the flexibility to undertake field research when required. You will work closely with project concepts to craft scripts complete with visual descriptions and scene directions while continuously refining content based on team feedback.

Core Responsibilities:

• Formulate complete, engaging scripts from initial brief concepts, themes, and background research.
• Conduct independent research and verify factual information to maintain accuracy throughout the content.
• Structure scripts into video-ready formats, incorporating visual cues, scene directions, and imagery suggestions.
• Draft creative narratives with smooth flow and tone in both Nepali and English.
• Travel outside the regular work location as needed for content gathering and field research.
• Revise, edit, and enhance script drafts based on constructive feedback.
