We are looking for someone who excels at storytelling through video, graphic design, and clear communication. You will be instrumental in expanding our digital presence and maintaining strong relationships with our audience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer inquiries, incoming phone calls, and messages with professional communication skills.
• Producing, filming, and editing captivating reels, short videos, and promotional media using mobile phones or cameras.
• Crafting engaging social media posts, written captions, and general promotional marketing content.
• Designing basic brand graphics and preparing presentations using tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
• Collaborating closely with the internal team to arrange photoshoots, record videos, and streamline content execution.
• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting customer feedback to enhance overall service and customer satisfaction.
