The full meeting of the Tribhuvan University (TU) Academic Council has formally endorsed a wide range of academic decisions. These approvals cover revised curricula, updated transcript formats, provisions for chance examinations, the introduction of new academic degrees, subject additions, student admission guidelines, and adjusted enrollment quotas.
During the session, the council endorsed proposals previously processed by its Standing Committee throughout the fiscal years 2081/82 and 2082/83. As per the Tribhuvan University Organization and Academic Administration Regulations, 2050, academic recommendations from various institutes, faculties, and the Central Examination Committee under the Office of the Controller of Examinations are first evaluated by the Standing Committee before being submitted to the full Academic Council for final ratification.
