Tecno has expanded its entry-level smartphone lineup with the official launch of the Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro in India. Positioned as the direct successor to the standard Spark Go 3, this new model introduces a major emphasis on rugged durability. It features top-tier IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance, alongside an SGS 5-Star Drop Resistance certification that protects the device from falls up to 1.5 meters.
Visually, the Spark Go 3 Pro brings a modern touch by switching to a punch-hole cutout display instead of the older waterdrop notch. It retains practical hardware features such as a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an IR blaster, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a redesigned square camera module on the back.
Display and Performance Details
Up front, the device showcases a large 6.78-inch LCD screen boasting a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. To improve usability in everyday conditions, Tecno has integrated wet- and oily-finger touch algorithms, allowing the display to respond accurately even during rain or with oily hands.
While Tecno has not officially confirmed the processor powering the device, reports suggest the phone could be equipped with either a Unisoc T7250 or a MediaTek Helio G81 chipset. The device comes with 4GB of RAM and storage configurations going up to 128GB. Remarkably, the phone runs on Android 16 out of the box.
Camera and Battery Capacity
The exact camera sensor details remain unannounced by the brand. However, if it mirrors the regular Spark Go 3 setup, we can expect a 13MP primary rear camera paired with an 8MP front-facing shooter for selfies and video calls.
Battery life receives a boost as well. The Spark Go 3 Pro houses a 5,200mAh battery—a slight upgrade over the 5,000mAh capacity found in its predecessor—ensuring solid endurance for daily streaming, browsing, and calls.
Price and Expected Availability in Nepal
In India, the Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro is priced at INR 15,999 for the 4/64GB variant and INR 16,999 for the 4/128GB version. Official sales begin on September 4, 2026. While Tecno Nepal has not formally announced a local release date yet, if the device lands here, the expected Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro price in Nepal is estimated around NPR 25,599 for the base model.
