The Dean's Office of the Faculty of Science and Technology at Pokhara University has officially published the merit list of candidates who sat for the Master's level (Full Fee) entrance examination. The entrance test was conducted on 2083/06/18 and 2083/06/19 for admission into the 2083 academic session (Intake 2026).
Admission Procedure and Venue
Admissions will be handled via a Merit-Based Spot Admission process. All listed candidates are instructed to report to the School of Engineering office situated in Dhungepatan, Kaski. Candidates must strictly adhere to the designated timetable corresponding to their merit rank.
Required Documents and Tie-Breaking Rule
Applicants visiting the campus for admission must bring all essential original academic certificates, two passport-sized photographs, one certified photocopy of each original document, and the required admission fee. In cases where two or more candidates hold the identical rank in the merit list, priority for admission will be determined based on their Bachelor's level academic performance.
Important Warning and Sponsorship Details
Candidates must take note that attendance on 2083/06/22 according to their roll and rank sequence is compulsory. Failure to present oneself at the specified time slot will lead to automatic removal from the merit list. Furthermore, 2 Sponsorship seats are allocated in each Master's program. Students selected under these sponsorship quotas will be required to pay 1.5 times the standard fee structure, excluding the security deposit.
