Nagmani International, the authorized distributor for Lenovo products in Nepal, has officially released the Lenovo Legion 5 Gen 10 (15IRX10) gaming laptop in the Nepali market. The new device pairs powerful Intel 13th and 14th Generation processors with NVIDIA's latest RTX 50-series graphics cards.
Design and Display
The Legion 5 is built with a durable aluminum top cover alongside an ABS plastic bottom chassis and keyboard deck. Available in Eclipse Black, it debuts Lenovo's updated Legion ColdFront: Hyper cooling system. This shift moves most connection ports to the sides, though the charging port and HDMI connector remain placed at the rear. The system starts at a weight of 1.9kg and includes a 24-zone RGB backlit keyboard.
Up front, the laptop features a 15.1-inch OLED display offering a sharp 2560 × 1600 resolution, a high 165Hz refresh rate, and full 100% DCI-P3 color coverage. However, it lacks support for G-SYNC, FreeSync, or Advanced Optimus, which means screen tearing could occur during high-framerate gaming.
Performance and Hardware Specs
Under the hood, Lenovo offers three Intel processor choices: the top-tier Intel Core i9-14900HX (24 cores with 8 Performance and 16 Efficient, 32 threads), the Core i7-14700HX (20 cores, 28 threads), or the Core i7-13650HX (14 cores with 6 Performance and 8 Efficient, 20 threads). For graphics, buyers can select between the RTX 5050, RTX 5060, and RTX 5070. Each GPU comes equipped with 8GB GDDR7 VRAM and operates at a 115W TGP. The RTX 5070 variant provides more AI TOPS despite a slightly lower boost clock.
Memory options start from 16GB DDR5-4800 RAM up to 32GB DDR5-5600, while storage begins at a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD. Powering the laptop is an 80Wh battery equipped with Super Rapid Charge. Wireless connectivity features modern standards, including Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
