Huawei has officially expanded its wearable lineup in Nepal with the release of the Huawei Watch GT 7. Serving as the direct successor to the previous Watch GT 6, this new smartwatch introduces refined health tracking, improved outdoor features, and extended battery endurance across two size options, all while maintaining a classic circular watch design.
Design and Bright AMOLED Display
The Huawei Watch GT 7 retains a traditional wristwatch look, built with a premium metal body that sets it apart from standard smartwatches. It also comes with 5ATM water resistance, offering durability against everyday splash exposure and swimming sessions.
The smartwatch is offered in two sizes with distinct colorways. The 46mm model comes in Shadow Black, Speedy Yellow, Nebula Gray, and Clear Blue. Meanwhile, the 41mm variant is available in Cherry Blossom Pink, Clear Blue, Joyful White, and Moon Shadow Gray.
On the display front, the 46mm version features a 1.47-inch AMOLED panel, whereas the 41mm model equips a 1.32-inch AMOLED screen. Both displays offer a smooth 60Hz refresh rate for fluid menu navigation and reach a peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits, ensuring excellent visibility when outdoors under direct sunlight.
Smart Features and Health Monitoring
Powering the device is Huawei's latest smartwatch platform running HarmonyOS, optimized for responsive navigation and long battery life. It connects through Bluetooth 6.0 and works with both Android and iOS smartphones via the Huawei Health app. Users can manage phone notifications, perform Bluetooth calling, and control music playback directly from the wrist.
For health and wellness, the Watch GT 7 provides comprehensive monitoring, including continuous heart rate tracking, SpO₂ blood oxygen measurement, sleep analysis, and stress monitoring. Fitness enthusiasts can track various workout routines using the built-in GPS with enhanced positioning accuracy, eliminating the need to take a smartphone along during outdoor runs, cycling, or hikes.
Battery Life and Official Price in Nepal
Long battery life remains a key highlight of the GT lineup. The 46mm variant offers up to 21 days of light usage and up to 12 days on normal use. On the other hand, the 41mm model provides up to 14 days of light use and 7 days under standard conditions. Both models support convenient wireless charging.
The Huawei Watch GT 7 is now officially available for purchase in Nepal, with the 46mm model priced at NPR 44,990.
