Following the positive reception of its predecessor, Ai+ has officially launched its latest entry-level offering, the Ai+ Nova 2 5G, in the Nepali market. This budget-focused smartphone brings a higher refresh rate display, a sizable battery, and an upgraded camera setup.
Design and Display
The Ai+ Nova 2 5G features a plastic body with a sleek matte finish. On the rear, it sports a redesigned square camera island housing a dual-camera system and an LED flash. Up front, the device incorporates a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera. It also carries an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance and is available in Emerald Green, Lavender, Blue, Black, and Sakura Pink color options.
For display, the handset is equipped with a 6.74-inch LCD panel offering HD+ resolution. While the HD+ resolution remains unchanged from last year's Nova 5G, the screen now supports a smoother 120Hz refresh rate, stepping up from the 90Hz panel found on its predecessor.

It comes with options for 4GB or 6GB of RAM alongside 64GB or 128GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card.
On the software front, the Nova 2 5G runs nxtQ OS, which is built on Android 16. Users can expect up to one major OS upgrade and one year of security updates.
